Who can get it?

Almost any woman can get an O-Shot®. Your doctor or nurse will help you determine if this is the best procedure for you. A woman, both on and off hormone replacement therapy, can usually benefit from the O-Shot® procedure.

How does it work?

The O-Shot® procedure is a quick, usually painless, 60 minute, nonsurgical procedure. The O-Shot® procedure begins with a simple blood draw. Then, using a proprietary technique, platelet-rich plasma is extracted from the blood and injected near the clitoris and upper vagina. There is no recovery time and the results are almost immediate in some women.

Lichen Sclerosis Patients:

In a recent study, researchers determined that most Lichen Sclerosus patients showed improvement by using the O-Shot® procedure. Women reported statistically significant improvement in symptoms & pathologists observed a decrease in inflammation.

Vampire Facelift
Do You Show These Three Signs of Aging?

  1. Skin color has become grayer because of less blood flow.
  2. Facial shape has collapsed as muscle and collagen decrease.
  3. Skin texture has become less smooth.

As a result, the person looks “worn.” “tired” or “droopy.”  The lively, rosy hue seen in playing children of every skin color and in young adults fades to a dull gray.
Why the Vampire Facelift®?

With many ways to rejuvenate the face, why look for a better way?

Cosmetic surgery can remove excess skin and make the person appear younger. But, a surgical face lift can be more than what’s needed for some people, especially when loss of shape without extra skin is the main problem.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers lift the skin away from the bone to restore youthful volume and shape. HA fillers alone do not correct texture and color. In addition, HA fillers in the tear troughs (area under the eyes) often end up looking bumpy, overfilled and unnatural.

Unlike most procedures, the Vampire Facelift® offers a way of *restoring shape, improving tone and texture, as well as literally rejuvenating new and younger tissue.

Isolating and activating the magic from your blood.

The Vampire FaceLift® procedure begins with a simple blood draw from your arm. Using instrumentation approved by the FDA for isolation of platelet rich plasma for injection back into the body, your provider will then process your blood at the bedside to isolate the PRP. This takes about 10 minutes.

The platelets are then “activated” to release at least eight growth factors that would normally be used to heal injured tissue.  These growth factors work like magic to cause increased collagen and new blood flow. To rejuvenate new skin, these growth factors must be put back into your face.

Creating a beautiful and natural shape

In the second part of the Vampire Facelift® procedure, the provider uses a HA filler (like Restylane® or Juvéderm®) in a very specific                        way to sculpt a younger appearing face while still keeping the shape natural.  Providers of the Vampire Facelift® procedure were trained to            take into account the mathematics of beauty as defined by much research to avoid creating an unnatural shape.  These ideas about the HA            fillers are not commonly known even among the best of cosmetic surgeons and constitute part of the intellectual property protected by the          trademarked name (Vampire Facelift®). After creating a younger and natural shape, the doctor harvests growth factors from the woman’s                own blood (hence, the name Vampire) growth factors that her body would normally use to heal damaged tissue.

Injecting the magic into your face.

Using numbing cream and a very small needle (for almost no pain), the doctor injects the woman’s own growth factors back into her face in a particular way. These growth factors then activate multipotent stem cells already in the skin, tricking them into “thinking” there’s been an injury and new younger tissue is generated.

The *result: younger appearing skin!

Vampire Facial

Revive your natural beauty

4 Steps of the Vampire Facial® Procedure

First, I draw blood from the patient and, using a centrifuge, isolate growth factors, platelet rich plasma (PRP) from the patient's blood. Then, I will use a micro-needling device to create multiple micro-punctures --both driving the isolated growth factors into the skin & creating stimulus for tightening and rejuvenation of the collagen of the face. Then, I will paint the growth factors onto the micro-punctures so that the growth factors soak into the tissue for further stimulation of tightening and skin rejuvenation.

The skin tightens, and glows with color, and scarring softens for a beautiful younger and very natural result.

Vampire Hair Restoration
Vampire Hair Regrowth

Are you experiencing thinning hair (your part appears wider, hair line is thinner, too much hair left in your hairbrush or in the drain after a shower), and don’t know why?  40% of women experience hair loss by age 40!  85% of men have visible hair loss by age 50.  Not all hair thinning is a caused aging, we are seeing more hair loss in women in their 20’s and 30’s than ever before.

We understand how important a healthy head of hair is, not only to your overall appearance, but to your self-esteem.  Thinning hair can be devastating for women of any age.  89% of women report hair loss causes depression.  The emotional impact of hair loss can make you feel confused, depressed, and hopeless, especially when you do not know why.

Some hair loss, like that experienced with pregnancy, stress, and certain medications, may only be a temporary side effect.  Each hair follicle goes through a normal cycle over the course of several years where a follicle grows, rests, and sheds.  Then a new hair replaces it and the cycle starts again.  It is perfectly normal for a women to lose a 100 hairs a day, and this typically dose not result in thinning hair.

Other hair loss is not temporary and should prompt a thorough evaluation with your physician.
here are several causes of Alopecia (Hair Loss):
  • Hormone Imbalance
  • Iron deficiency, anemia
  • Prescription medications
  • Poor diet, specifically low protein or severe calorie restriction
  • Over-processing hair
  • Overuse of alcohol
  • Dry scalp
  • Inflammation, which can be related to multiple factors (physical and emotional stress, leaky gut, adrenal dysfunction, insulin resistance, obesity, toxin exposure).  Recent research suggests hair follicles have receptors for cortisol.  Cortisol is released as a response to stress, which results in inflammation at the level of the hair follicle.  This inflammation results in decreased blood flow, oxygenation, and nutrient delivery and absorption at the level of the hair follicle, causing hair loss.
  • Stress (physical and emotional, both acute and chronic) directly inhibits hair growth through Substance P, a neuropeptide which induces inflammation, activates mast cells/cytokine release, pushing hair follicles into the “transitional” phase, which will result in shedding of that hair within weeks.

The main type of hair loss in both women and men is Androgenic Alopecia, which is a genetic condition resulting in hair loss.  In men, hair loss is characterized by a receding hairline, in the typical “M” distribution, as well as thinning and eventual baldness at the crown.  Women experience a general thinning over the entire scalp (first noticing a widening of their part), with the most extensive hair loss at the crown.
Despite extensive research, the factors involved in female androgenic alopecia remain unknown, and to make it more confusing, the role of androgens (or male sex hormones) is hard to determine.

Unless caused by a very rare androgen-producing tumor, hair loss in post-menopausal women is NOT associated with androgen excess.  We actually see significant hair loss in women who are testosterone deficient.
63% of women with thinning hair report “hair re-growth” on testosterone pellet therapy.
Increased levels of androgens in hair follicles can lead to a shorter cycle of hair growth, thinner and shorter stands of hair.  Rarely, a woman with extremely high levels of androgens may experience hair loss if they genetically convert testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone) in the scalp/hair follicle.

This side effect of testosterone replacement can be managed with the supplement Saw Palmetto or prescription medication Finasteride, which decreases the conversion of testosterone to DHT. Saw Palmetto acts as an anti-inflammatory and does not cause the sexual side effects (decrease in libido) which can be seen with Finasteride.
Treatment Options

Hair loss may not be completely preventable, but there are several options in which to treat it.  To start, you should make an appointment with one of our providers for a thorough exam and appropriate laboratory studies.  Frequently, a discussion of your medical history and complete patient profile will reveal the cause behind your hair loss and the most effective treatment plan.

What is Vampire Hair Restoration?

The revolutionary Vampire® Hair Regrowth procedure uses your own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injected into the scalp to encourage new hair growth.   The application of PRP causes miniaturized hair follicles to become healthier and larger, producing more robust hair growth.  Follicular progenitor cells become activated, and PRP is loaded with growth factors that promote rapid development of new blood vessels and localized cell growth.

Effective for both male and female pattern hair loss, Vampire® Hair Regrowth has also *regrown hair in alopecia areata, eyebrow hypotrichosis and other patient cases with non-hereditary hair loss.

How Does Vampire Hair Restoration Work?

The Vampire® Hair Regrowth treatment takes about 60 minutes to complete.  First, a blood sample is obtained which is specially processed to produce the PRP. A local anesthetic is then administered to completely numb the scalp treatment area.
The PRP is then administered via a series of injections over the full scalp or in a localized treatment area such as the eyebrows or beard.
The recovery from the procedure is typically uneventful. *Pain is easily managed in most cases with non-narcotic pain relievers such as Tylenol. Some mild swelling of the forehead is occasionally seen one to two days after injections. This is normal and will typically resolve in 48 hours. Avoiding vigorous activity is recommended until the swelling is gone. There is no other downtime or noticeable effects of the procedure. Patients can wash their hair normally immediately after the injections.

*New hair growth can be seen as early as two months, but is typically *evident between four to eight months and will continue to improve up to a year after treatment. To date, results have been maintained without additional injections for up two years in many patients, but no long-term data is yet available to conclude that this hair growth is permanent.

Vampire Breastlift

Do You Show Any of These 5 Signs of the Aging Breast?

Skin color becomes more gray because of less blood flow.
Shape of the breast becomes collapsed and droopy.
Sensation decreased after breast feeding, or implants, other surgery, or aging.
Inverted nipples.
Crinkling, crate-paper skin around the cleavage area.

Three Steps of the Vampire Breast Lift® Procedure

Evaluate shape and where the shape can be enhanced to create a younger, more attractive appearance.
Preparation of the growth factors for injection.

First, Chantel isolates growth factors from the patient’s blood. Then she “activates” those platelet to cause the release from the platelets of at least eight growth factors that would normally be used to heal injured tissue. These growth factors work like magic to cause increased collagen and new blood flow.

To rejuvenate new skin, these growth factors must be put back into your breast.
Injecting the magic into your breast.Using numbing cream and a very small needle (for almost no pain),

Chantel injects the woman’s own growth factors back into her breast in a particular way. These growth factors then activate multipotent stem cells already in the skin, tricking them into “thinking” there’s been an injury and new younger tissue should be generated. The multipotent stem cells then develop into new collagen, new blood vessels, and new fatty tissue trying to “repair” the skin that was never injured!

The effects of the procedure *improve for two to three months and last for at least one to two years!
The Vampire Breast Lift® procedure is not for everyone. This is not a replacement for implants or a surgical breast lift. The Vampire Breast Lift® does what a well-made bra should do – provide lift and cleavage. Good candidates for this procedure are women who are not looking to dramatically change the size of their breasts. Women who are looking to give their breasts a more youthful appearance are ideal candidates for the Vampire Breast Lift®.

Vampire Breast Lift 1,500 (recomended every 18months). Procedure time 45 minutes.
